What is your returns & refunds policy?

As most of our items are handmade and ordered through our suppliers, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective. Returns will be at your own cost or if collected by us, we reserve the right to charge you for this service.

What Shipping Methods are Available?

We use a courier service and shipping is charged depending on your location and the size of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa.

How long will it take to get my package?

Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments through PayFast using all major Credit Cards & EFT.

How do I place an order?

Add product(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. Add your contact, shipping details and pay.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has been placed, you cannot cancel or change your order online. Please call or email us to discuss changes.
